Next year marks Tauck’s 100th anniversary and its 35th year of European touring. To help celebrate, Tauck has just unveiled four new enticing tours in Europe for 2025!

Are you interested in a new Tauck tour? Covering destinations within Italy, Switzerland, France or the United Kingdom, the new quartet includes two types of new escorted tours.

Keep reading below; we’ll talk about several trends that have surfaced for Tauck. Then, we’ll offer a snapshot look at all four itineraries with hotel stays, itinerary highlights and starting prices.

100 Years Young

Tauck’s European business is surging. We’ve learned that the tour operator’s 2025 bookings to Europe are up by double digits percentagewise, compared with the same time frame a year ago for 2024 European bookings.

In fact, Europe continues to be Tauck’s most popular destination.

“Certainly, travelers have a great selection of options — 39 land tours to Europe in 2025,” says Shelby Steudle, president, Pavlus Travel, the world’s top seller of Tauck. “That includes five Tauck Bridges itineraries designed specifically for families.”

From the tour operator’s perspective, “Tauck will be 100 years young in 2025, but we’re certainly not slowing down in any way,” says Dan Mahar, Tauck’s CEO. “In fact, our commitment to innovating and enhancing our global portfolio of land tours, river cruises, small-ship ocean cruises, and Tauck Bridges family adventures is stronger than ever.”

Trends in European Travel

Do you enjoy a tour vacation with the operator handling all the details, so you can just relax and enjoy the sights and experiences? Tauck is known for doing just that and creating a smooth trip flow for guests. “So, check out the potential for a new Tauck tour on your next vacation,” says Steudle.

Small Group Sizes

Tauck also has enhanced the guest experience by offering reduced group sizes for many land tours. That’s happened both in Europe and elsewhere too.

Already highly popular are Tauck’s Small Group departures averaging 24 guests. More recently, Tauck also debuted new Smaller Group trips averaging just 15 guests.

With those reduced group sizes, travelers will enjoy more intimate and interactive touring. Within destinations, they’ll connect to people, places and experiences often unavailable to larger groups.

Boosting “Shoulder Season” Departures

For 2025, another change is that Tauck is boosting its “shoulder season departures” by 50 percent. That’s happening primarily in the fall months of October and November.

“Touring during shoulder seasons often means fewer crowds,” points out Pavlus’ Steudle. “Those on vacation will typically find that attractions, downtown areas, restaurants and transportation are ‘less packed.'”

European destinations also can better accommodate more visitors in fall and spring. “Another perk is weather-related,” says Steudle. “Travelers will typically encounter cooler temperatures without sweltering heat.”

Definitely, “expanding our shoulder season departures – and hosting more of our guests in Europe during the spring and fall – is a true ‘win-win’ that benefits everyone,” says Mahar.

So, okay, without further ado, here are a few more details on each of the new Tauck tours in Europe.
