Explora Club Loyalty Program Details
Levels for this Explora Club loyalty program are determined by weighted nights at sea, multiplied by the suite category. Additional points can be earned through Destination Experiences purchased pre-journey or on board.
In addition, eligible onboard spending (so you can garner more points) includes Ocean Wellness, laundry, exclusive culinary experiences and beverages, as well as purchases at The Journey boutique.

- Personalized welcome on board (Classic and higher levels)
- Exclusive welcome gift, signature loyalty delight and birthday surprise (Silver and higher levels)
- Surprise ritual turndown service (Gold and up).
Journey Experience Credit & Value Savings:
- Exclusive access to Explora Club Member offers (Classic and higher levels)
- Savings at The Journey boutique and value savings on future journeys (Silver and up)
- Journey experience credit for Ocean Wellness & destination experiences (Platinum and up)

Explora Club Loyalty Program Status Match
Best of all, with Explora Club’s Status Match, guests holding loyalty status with other luxury cruise programs are welcomed into Explora Club with equivalent level recognition from their very first journey.
By July 2025, loyalty club members will also have access to a personalized “My Explora” area, where benefits and level status will be visible. Past journeys will also be recognized and factored into each member’s level.
The introduction of Explora Club is another way for clients to celebrate Explora Journey’s “Ocean State of Mind” experience at sea.
