Launching in late 2026, the new ultra-luxury ship will serve just 822 guests, even though space-wise, it could serve hundreds more. The new images show the design look of the new ship’s Starlight Atrium.

“With Seven Seas Prestige being Regent’s first new ship class in 10 years, we are delighted to share these first glimpses of this incredible vessel,” says Jason Montague, chief luxury officer, Regent Seven Seas Cruises.

“Check out the visuals on this page, which reflect what’s in store for the future if you sail on this new ship,” says Shelby Steudle, president, Pavlus Travel.

Design for the new ship is by Studio DADO, which designed Regent Seven Seas’ Explorer-class ships. Both the Starlight Atrium and Galileo Bar take inspiration from both classical and Renaissance architecture. Guests can expect a melding of elegance and comfort.

Blending old-world elegance and modern sophistication, the two-story Starlight Atrium will reflect quality craftmanship and style. Sunlight and starlight will enter the atrium via a glass-enclosed ceiling.

“The Starlight Atrium is where the grandeur of Renaissance architecture will meet modern luxury, creating a space that feels both timeless and contemporary,” says Yohandel Ruiz, founding partner of Studio DADO. “Our goal was to get people to stop in their tracks, awe-struck by its sheer scale and magnificence.”

Seven Seas Prestige‘s Twin Spiral Staircases

In addition, twin spiral staircases begin on Deck 4, then combine on Deck 5 and lead all the way to Deck 11. Guests might use the atrium as a spot for quiet contemplation while enjoying a glass of champagne. Or they might discuss practical matters with guest services.

The atrium also connects to multiple spaces across Deck 4 and Deck 5. Among those are Galileo’s Bar, the Casino, Prestige Lounge, Meridian Lounge, Coffee Connection, the concierge desk and reception.

Deck 5 Atrium

On Deck 5, the atrium’s alcoves are designed with a neutral palette. So, guests can expect to see dusty rose, taupe and cream colors.

In addition, these alcoves, outfitted with sculpted furniture and curated art, will offer breathtaking ocean views. They should be great spots to watch a sunrise or sunset.

The Deck 5 reception area will feature pleated leather panels. Plus, a light fixture will reflect hand-blown glass and ceramic pearls. From the elevators, guests looking toward Galileo’s Bar will see walls framed with paneling and artwork.

Named in homage to the bar on Seven Seas Navigator, soon leaving the fleet, Galileo’s Bar will be strategically placed. It will serve both the Prestige Lounge and the adjacent casino.

The ceiling of the bar will be a canvas of sorts. Think of it as a “contemporary masterpiece,” styled akin to an oil painting. It will be framed with fretted metal detailing. Looking at the bar’s base, travelers will find fluted elements.

Given its bold, striped floor, the bar will be a focal point for the Starlight Atrium. Guests can relax here with a complimentary premium beverage, thanks to the inclusive fares of Regent Seven Seas.

“From the bar, guests will also glimpse the spiral staircases that extend back into the Starlight Atrium on both sides,” says Pavlus Steudle. “The bar’s walls will have a limestone texture and sconces resembling glamorous jewelry.”
