Ready for epicurean delights? Regent Seven Seas Cruises has released renderings of the specialty restaurants on board the new 822-passenger Seven Seas Prestige, debuting in 2026. Most anticipated is the new Azure restaurant.
This Mediterranean specialty food experience is a mezze-style concept that encourages the sharing of dishes. “I’m especially excited to reveal Azure — an innovative and exciting new dining experience that will bring fresh flavors and a bold new concept for Regent guests to enjoy,” says Jason Montague, Regent Seven Seas’ chief luxury officer.

New Azure Restaurant: A Med Eatery
Studio DADO’s design for the new Azure restaurant springs from sun-soaked Mediterranean influences. And when it comes to tastes, guests will find a mix of Moroccan, Spanish, Italian, Greek, Israeli and Lebanese flavors.
Think of the restaurant this way. It will aim to capture the essence of the Mediterranean yet with touches of Middle Eastern charm. “We wanted to capture a journey to the Levant, with its rich legacy of craftsmanship, ornamentation and the colors of the Mediterranean,” says Yohandel Ruiz, founding partner, Studio DADO.
For those who haven’t heard that term, “Levant” is the subregion bordering the eastern Mediterranean Sea to the west and the Middle East to the east.

As such, Azure will “feel exotic but also comfortable and welcoming at the same time,” Ruiz emphasizes. So, look for intricate mosaics in modern arabesque patterns. Guests will also see rustic pottery.
Inspired by olives and olive trees, the eatery’s chandelier will serve as a striking centerpiece. All around, niches will be filled with clay pots, dried flower arrangements, and natural elements that add a rustic, earthy charm.
New Azure Restaurant and All Others Redesigned
That said, all restaurants will reflect “refreshed design” by Studio DADO and AD Associates. Those design houses took inspiration from heavenly constellations, the Art Deco era, Chicago’s past industrial era and Japanese design principles.
“Cuisine has always been at the heart of the Regent experience, and with Seven Seas Prestige, we are taking our commitment to epicurean perfection to an entirely new level,” says Montague.
Beyond seven specialty restaurants, the new ship will have 11 complimentary dining experiences in total. Also look for details about another new dining venue to be revealed at a later date.

Yes, loyal past guests will also find their beloved favorites that are on board other Regent Seven Seas ships. Among them are these:
- Compass Rose, the largest specialty restaurant at sea, where guests can customize their meal every night of the voyage
- Pacific Rim, a dramatic Pan-Asian dining experience
- Prime 7, an intimate and elegant steakhouse
- Chartreuse, offering classic French fare with a modern twist

More Food Options
Seven Seas Prestige will also offer 24-hour in-suite dining, more casual dining at the Pool Grill, as well as custom-made coffees and teas, delectable pastries, cold cuts, fruit selections and more at Coffee Connection.
“What’s nice about Regent Seven Seas is that it’s truly inclusive,” says Shelby Steudle, president, Pavlus Travel. “Dining at all food venues is included in the voyage fare along with premium beverages such as fine wines and spirits.”
We can’t wait to see the specialty restaurant menus. Those will be released a bit closer to the ship’s launch in December 2026. For more about Seven Seas Prestige, check out our recent blog about the Starlight Atrium and Galileo’s Bar.
As for itineraries, guests may register their interest for Seven Seas Prestige’s maiden season starting on June 11, 2025. So, talk with your personal travel planner today. Reservations will then open on June 25, 2025.
At that point, if you see a voyage that you just “must” sail on, give your travel professional a call as well.
